PUMA have collaborated with Danish high-end streetwear brand, Han Kjøbenhavn for AW17.
Taking the Scandinavian cornerstones of design, simplicity, and functionality. The two brands come together looking to upbringing, local sports, and suburban architecture as points of inspiration.
Apparel within the collection uses a material mix of rayon, jersey and twill in an array of muted colours. Alongside a checkered wool that pays homage to the iconic trench coats often seen at football stadiums. Tapping into Puma's archive and progressive seasonal styles, the two brands were able to seamlessly fuse sport and fashion.
The renowned classic Clyde Stitched has been refreshed with Scandinavian style, dressing the shoe in premium leather. The revamped Clyde keeps subtly at its core, with co-branding on the lateral side of the shoe. Puma's Tsugi Kori has been decorated with plush suedes and leathers in muted tones. The collections apparel range includes standout pieces that utilise premium fabrics. The Trench Coat takes inspiration from Copenhagen stadium classics, refreshed using rich wood and subtle co-branded embroidery.
