In a personal injury lawsuit filed by LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend Delicia Cordon, the Buffalo Bills running back is being accused of beating his son and dog. Cordon is also seeking $133,000 in damages.

LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend Delicia Cordon filed a personal injury lawsuit on Friday against the Buffalo Bills running back.

Cordon is seeking $133,000 in damages to cover the costs of the jewelry stolen during a July home invasion. Cordon appears to maintain that McCoy and his friend Tamarcus Porter, who is also named in the suit, were behind the incident that left her badly bruised and bloodied. She presents a few pieces of information in court documents to support her claim.

TMZ has learned that, in the suit, Cordon claims McCoy "had access to live video footage from cameras" placed inside the residence that were operating on the day when someone broke into their Atlanta home. She also alleges that Shady had the security codes to the house changed prior to the incident.

The basis of the lawsuit is McCoy changed the security system codes and “intentionally permitted a hazardous condition to exist on the premises,” and thus, “defendants are liable for the assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress suffered by the Plaintiff" https://t.co/fhUpdG6jVA

Cordon’s lawsuit includes mention of the allegations made by her friend in an Instagram post following the incident. She alleges that her and McCoy argued about him "beating his dog and beating his son frequently, as well as other issues."

Delicia Cordon's lawsuit against LeSean McCoy also makes mention that, “By the summer of 2017, Plaintiff and McCoy would argue over McCoy beating his dog and beating his son frequently, as well as other issues."
