The Hollywood Reporter has learned that Stan Lee was granted a temporary restraining order on Wednesday against his former business manager Keya Morgan. The request was made two days after Morgan was arrested by the LAPD’s Hollywood Division on suspicion of filing a false police report. He was released after posting his $20,000 bond.
Over the last few months, Lee has been embroiled in a battle over control of his finances, which have involved Morgan, his 67-year-old daughter J.C., Jerry Olivarez, a publicist who became Lee's caretaker, and his former road manager Max Anderson. The day before Morgan’s arrest, Lee posted a video on Twitter where he declared that Morgan was the only one handling his business affairs.
