As promised, Netflix released their final trailer for Stranger Things 2 on Friday morning, and shit's getting intense. While the first season of the show won zero Emmys, it doesn't appear to matter: this new chapter (or sequel, if you will) looks to be the bigger, badder continuation that The Duffer Brothers promised.

We're hit with a ton of info in this nearly 3-minute final trailer. On the one hand, it looks like the "shadow" is spotted by Will on Halloween, and judging by how shook everyone is, it looks like this beast blows the Demogorgon away. While Will's mom is trying to figure out what her son's issue is post-Upside Down, Will's squad feels like he has the power to stop whatever this "shadow" thing is, although he might need a little help from Yung Eleven, who also makes an appearance.

It looks like Eleven's really been unseen for the year in between seasons, sporting a head of curly hair and a bad attitude. We see her use her powers to break into a house, but we also see all kinds of shit go down as the gang gets back together (armed with spiked bats, guns, and slingshots) to fight this new, evil force.

For fans of the Stranger Things soundtrack, know that the Stranger Things 2 soundtrack will be available on October 20. The duo who worked on the sounds for the first season, S U R V I V E, are back with "new styles of composition, while still revisiting old themes when appropriate. We’ve created new elements that are necessary to support the story," they continue, "but still want to remain true to the sound of Season 1."

Stranger Things 2 hits Netflix on October 27. Check out the full final trailer up above.
