Dennis Rodman has checked into rehab, just days after he was arrested for drunk driving.

The Hall of Famer’s agent, Darren Prince, told the Associated Press that Rodman is now at the Turning Point Rehabilitation Center in New Jersey, where he will receive treatment for ongoing issues with alcoholism.

On Saturday night, Rodman was arrested in Newport Beach, California on suspicion of driving under the influence. The former NBA star reportedly submitted to a Breathalyzer test and blew over the legal limit of .08. Rodman spent the night behind bars and was released without bail the following morning.

“He’s been dealing with some personal stuff for the past month and a half, two months, much more than usual, and I told him, this gives him an opportunity to shut it down,” Prince told theNew York Daily News. “I've told him, ‘Put yourself into a rehab center and find out why this is happening. Get to the underlying root.’”

Rodman had a rehab stint back in 2014 after he returned from his highly publicized trip to North Korea. He was also arrested for drunk driving in 1999 and 2004. He pleaded guilty to the former charge in 2000, and was required to pay a $2,000 fine and attend a three-month alcohol program. The 2004 arrest resulted in a 30-day house arrest sentence.

His struggles with alcohol were also documented in 2010, when he appeared on Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.
