Seahawks Player Quinton Jefferson Nearly Goes Into Crowd to Fight Jaguars Fan

Seahawks defensive end Quinton Jefferson should've known that you never go full Rob Artest.

We came dangerously close to seeing "Malice at the Palace, Part 2" during Sunday's game between the Seattle Seahawks and Jacksonville Jaguars. After getting ejected for unsportsmanlike conduct, Seahawks defensive end Quinton Jefferson made his way back to the locker room, but before he reached the tunnel, a Jaguars fan threw something in his direction.

Jefferson immediately took off his helmet to confront the fans in the general direction of where he believes the object was thrown. After a brief shouting match with a bunch of Jags fans, Jefferson was nearly pelted in the head with another flying object, and that sent him over the edge.

After shaking away from the security personnel, Jefferson started to climb the fence before being pulled back down.

Following the game, Jefferson addressed the incident, saying, "I'm a man, just like the other man in the stands. I'm not going to let someone disrespect me, throw beer on me. Just 'cause I'm playing football...I'm still a human being, I'm still a man."
