Jeremy Meeks, aka "Hot Mugshot Guy," has settled a deal with his ex-wife Melissa Meeks, leaving her with a whole lot of money and him with primary custody of their son, reports TMZ.
The model and his ex finalized a divorce earlier this month. Sources told TMZ that Jeremy will get primary custody of their 9-year-old son Jeremy Jr under the terms of their divorce. Melissa will receive a hefty six-figure check.
In the original divorce deal, Melissa was lined up to get majority custody of Jeremy. Jr. with a 70/30 split, according to TMZ. Under the new deal, the child will be off to the UK to live with Dad and his girlfriend Chloe Green, the Topshop heiress. Jeremy Jr. has reportedly been enrolled into a private school by the couple and is set to begin in the fall.
Jeremy and Chloe just had a baby together named Jayden Meeks-Green.
Melissa appears ready to celebrate officially becoming a free woman. According to Hollywood Life, Melissa is planning a party to celebrate the divorce. Her party mood doesn't mean there were no hard feelings, though. She apparently went off on her Instagram story and wrote, "Never fuck over a person who made sure you were straight when they were barely straight themselves!! #RealFacts." She has a right to be peeved: after Jeremy was released from prison after a two years sentence as a felon in possession of a firearm, she found out he was cheating on her through paparazzi photos, according to Hollywood Life. Ouch.
