Jamie Foxx Denies Allegation He Slapped a Woman With His Penis in 2002

A woman has come forward alleging Jamie Foxx non-consensually slapped her in the face with his penis in 2002. Foxx has called the accusation an "absurd" lie.

Jamie Foxx is joining the list of celebrities accused of sexual misconduct. One woman, TMZ reports, has accused Foxx of non-consensually slapping her in the face with his penis in 2002.

Foxx has denied the accusation, calling it an “absurd” lie.

The alleged incident took place in Las Vegas 16 years ago. The woman told police she was attending a party at the actor’s place, when he asked her to perform oral sex. She claims that after she refused, Foxx struck her with his genitalia.

After the alleged encounter, the woman claims she was instructed to leave the house. When she returned home to L.A. the next day, Foxx’s accuser claims she went to the hospital after suffering from a panic attack related to the assault.

Though the Las Vegas police department has the case listed as an “open investigation,” the statute of limitations has already passed, since it’s three years in Nevada.

Allison Hart, Foxx’s attorney, told TMZ that “Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred.”

The actor also plans to file a police report with the LVPD against the woman for “filing a false police report against him. The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman’s absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story.”

The accuser claims the #MeToo movement inspired her to come forward with her experience so many years later, but Hart argues it never happened. “The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened,” Hart said.
