If you’re looking for some joy in the heaping garbage fire that is the internet and entire world these days, look no further than the latest viral clip from the movie aficionados at CLS Videos. The account recently uploaded “Dancing in Movies,” a seven-minute supercut including dancing scenes from almost 300 feature films. The result is delightful.

It's packed with easily recognizable characters, including Jeff Bridges in The Big Lebowski, Uma Thurman and John Travolta in Pulp Fiction, Tom Cruise in Risky Business, as well as obvious film choices like La La LandStep UpThe Rocky Horror Picture Show, Grease and West Side Story. The range is impressive: more modern, non-blockbuster choices like 20th Century Women and that iconic dance scene in Ex Machina are mashed up with all-time Disney animated classics like Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.

However, the creators also went for some deep cuts, including scenes you don’t necessarily associate with dance. Some of these include Borat, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and Blue Valentine. Look out for stars like Charlie Chaplin, Audrey Hepburn, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Aniston, Emma Watson, and, yes, Groot.

The video, which hit 1 million views in less than a day, is set to four songs: “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go” by Wham!, “Tongues” by Joywaves, and both the English and German versions of Nena’s “99 Red Balloons.”

Besides potentially improving your mood, the best part of the clip may be watching it and trying to count how many movies and actors you can identify. Plus, CLS Videos created a list of the movies used in order of appearance so you can check your answers.
