Kim Kardashian Responds to Rhymefest's Claims About Kanye Abandoning Chicago

Mrs. West snapped.

“It was written like Nas but it came from Quentin.”

Who would’ve thought that this single Pusha-T line would spark so much drama.

Because most of you already know the backstory, we’ll try to keep this brief: The lyrics, featured in Pusha’s DAYTONA closer “Infrared,” were about Drake’s ghostwriting scandal involving Quentin Miller. Drizzy responded to the track with his “Duppy Freestyle,” which included several shots at Kanye West.

Hours after Drake released the diss track, Rhymefest reached out to the OVO boss via Twitter, asking for his help to rebuild Donda’s House—a nonprofit organization he co-founded with ‘Ye in memory of the rapper’s late mother, Donde West.

Rhymefest claimed Kanye had abandoned the foundation as well as his commitment to Chicago’s youth. Rhymefest tweeted Kanye told him, “Fuck the youth of Chicago” after he had asked the rapper for money to rebuild Donda’s old home.

U haven’t been right since u got kicked out of the studio in Hawaii wearing fake Yeezy’s @RHYMEFEST 😂 You’re over levergenging Kanye’s name & asked Kanye to donate money to u so stop w your fake community politics & lies. Truth is you haven’t been able to sustain the foundation

I saw you at our studio a few weeks ago so why didn’t you bring this up then @RHYMEFEST ? You were trying to get Kanye to listen to your sub par beats. You have the audacity to use Kanye’s mom name to try to shead a negative light on Kanye.

Kanye has yet to respond to his collaborator’s claims. But his wife, Kim Kardashian, has.

On Saturday night, the reality TV star posted a series of tweets in which she accused Rhymefest of spreading lies. She blasted the Chicago-bred artist for using “Kanye’s mom's name to try to shed a negative light on Kanye.” Kim also threw in a few jabs about his so-called “fake Yeezy’s” and “subpar beats,” before threatening to take Donda’s House away from him.

You can check out Kim’s response below.

You didn’t say this when Kanye paid you up front then you disappeared during Pablo #RealFriends @RHYMEFEST
