This past April, adult film actress Nikki Benz filed a lawsuit against porn production company Brazzers after she alleged that she was assaulted while filming in 2016.

Benz named both her co-star (Ramon Nomar) and the director (Tony T.) in her suit, and says that she was "struck on the face, head and breasts hard enough to cause her to bleed."

Further details within the suit alleged that "[Tony T.] would film with one hand and choke Benz with the other hand. Nomar stomped on Benz’s head. Between Tony T. and Nomar, Benz was hit, slapped choked and thrown on the ground and against the wall." Benz also says that she was "gagged with her underwear" and water was “poured down her throat, causing Benz to choke.”

According to The Blast, last week the criminal case was dismissed due to lack of evidence. A spokesperson from the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said that neither Brazzers, or Tony T. would face any charges for the purported incident.

Attorneys for the director stated that the LAPD was given all the raw footage from the scene which helped prosecutors come to the conclusion that they would not proceed with the case.

Though the criminal case has been dismissed, it should be noted that the civil case against Tony and Brazzers is still ongoing.
