Quentin Tarantino 'Pulp Fiction' house for sale.

Cinephiles take note: The house where John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson, aka Vincent and Jules, tap Tarantino’s character, Jimmie, for his help in the film Pulp Fiction is on the market. You know, the scene where Tarantino drops the N-word an inconceivable amount of times. (Once is inconceivable enough, duh.) That’s right, for $1.395 million you can own a slice of super politically incorrect Hollywood history.

The listing for the home boasts an “[a]mazing development opportunity with plans and permits fully approved and paid for.” I’m not in the tax bracket to buy a million-dollar plus home, but “development opportunity” sounds like code for “you’ll probably have to fix a bunch of things.” The listing goes on: “Shovel ready to begin construction on an approximately 4,200 square-foot residence (including garage and patio).

"Located in the desirable Los Angeles location known as Colfax Meadows, this unique property served as the house for the character ‘Jimmy’ in the classic film Pulp Fiction. Ideally situated on the preferred side of the street, one of the best blocks in the award-winning Carpenter Charter School District, just moments from major studios and the famed Tujunga Village shops and restaurants,” the listing continues. I’m from L.A., fam—born and raised. I’ve never heard of Colfax Meadows in my damned life, but I Googled it, and basically this house is in the Valley. For those of you unfamiliar with the City of Angeles, the Valley is basically the New Jersey of L.A.

Anyways, head here to check out the listing if you're so inclined.
