In response to the allegations, Seagal's attorney Anthony Falangetti released a statement in addition to the one he gave on Monday:
Mr. Seagal denies all accusations and continues to stand his ground that he has not engaged in any such misconduct. The allegations that have been made against Mr. Seagal are false and have no substantive material support.

On Monday, a pair of women who had previously accused Steven Seagal of sexual assault and rape held a press conference where they provided details of the actor's alleged conduct. Dutch model Faviola Dadis and former aspiring actress Regina Simons are both represented by attorney Lisa Bloom, who made sure to note that both women have "all legal options" on the table after filing reports with the LAPD.
"Steven Seagal may be a big action star," a much too generous Bloom said. "But it’s Faviola and Regina who are taking action now."
Simons said that following her completion of work as an extra for the 1994 film On Deadly Ground, Seagal invited her to what she believed was a wrap party at his house. Simons says no one else was at the residence, and that he led her to a bedroom where he raped her.
"I was completely caught off guard. Seagal was more than twice my size and twice my age. I was not sexually active, nor had I ever been naked in front of a man before. I froze," Simons, who was 18 at the time of the alleged encounter, said. "I remember him taking off his robe, and the next thing I knew he was inside of me. There was nothing consensual about this."
After Simons was raped, she quickly got dressed and drove away in tears. "This completely changed the trajectory of my life,” she added. “I found it difficult to eat or sleep. I struggled to form healthy relationships." Simons explained that the #MeToo movement encouraged her to come forward. "For the first time in 25 years I’ve allowed myself to process what happened and work through the pain," she said. "I pray that my abuser can also heal. I want him to be aware, I want him to acknowledge what happened and apologize."
As for Dadis, she said that she came to Los Angeles in 2002 as a 17-year-old model from the Netherlands, looking to become an actress. She was introduced to Seagal through a music producer, and he promptly invited her to audition for a movie. She further went on to state that they developed a bond over shared interests, and that they texted and called one another.
From there, she claims Seagal asked for a "private" audition to "evaluate my figure to see if I would be suitable for the role." An assistant told her to come to the audition with a bra and panties (or a bikini) under her clothes. She says she agreed to do this because it was "quite standard" within the modeling industry. She says she was left alone with Seagal and his bodyguard and that, "Steven asked me to take off my clothes, which I did, although I was nervous considering there were no other individuals present, and do a cat walk through the room for him."
From there, she says Seagal suggested they try out a "romantic scene" in order to gauge their chemistry, which made her uneasy.
"I felt uncomfortable because I was in my bikini, and I shyly expressed this," she said. "However, instead of respecting my boundaries, Steven slipped his hand underneath my bikini top and began pinching my nipples and simultaneously slid his hand across my vaginal area, which was only meagerly covered."
At that point she says she called off the audition and left. Phone calls Seagal allegedly made following the encounter were not returned. She also says she kept the events to herself until friends and family noticed a change in her behavior.
As for Seagal, his attorney, (Anthony Falangetti) denied the accusations. “These claims by the two women who spoke today are completely fictitious and totally made up," he said. "Either one of their accounts is at all believable.”
