Blac Chyna Clears Up Rumor That She's Behind Oral Sex Tape Leak

Chyna has an appointment with LAPD later this week to file a report.

On Monday, a sex tape of Blac Chyna and her ex-boyfriend Mechie leaked online. Soon after the video surfaced, the 29-year-old media personality announced her plans to contact the police and sue the person responsible for its release. Chyna has not yet visited the authorities, but she is shutting down rumors that she is the one responsible for the leak.

The video anonymously uploaded to Twitter shows Chyna performing sex on a man, who her ex Mechie later confirmed was him. Sources close to Chyna told TMZ that the video was shot by Mechie on Chyna’s own cell phone. They claim that she never shared the video with anyone, and that the phone was not stolen.

This isn’t Chyna’s first experience with scandalous leaks. Last year, Rob Kardashian posted nude photos of her to his account in what appeared to be a form of revenge porn.

Moving forward, Chyna’s attorney Walter Mosley told Page Six that they have an appointment scheduled with LAPD detectives to file an official report. The appointment will be with the robbery-homicide unit, a division that also handles sexual assault cases. “There are a lot of different agencies that are involved in this and it’s a high-profile matter, too,” Mosley said. “It will be done this week.”

Chyna’s other lawyer Lisa Bloom, who represents Chyna in her case against Rob Kardashian, says that this leak is a serious criminal matter. “Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong and a form of domestic abuse,” she told Page Six.
