The world bowed down to Oprah Sunday night after she delivered a rousing speech while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille Award at the Golden Globes. Her delivery was so moving, in fact, that at-home viewers and celebrities alike immediately began wishing out loud that she would run for president in the next election cycle. (There’s already #Oprah2020 gear out there, in case you wanted to prepare yourself.)

While most of the comments out of the entertainment industry supported Oprah, Seal came out of the woodwork right after the speech with a reposted meme—a shitty one at that—calling her out. “When you have been part of the problem for decades but they suddenly all think you are the solution,” the meme read, layered on top of photos of Oprah posing with flaming pile of dung Harvey Weinstein

Word got around, and Seal was quickly labeled as a hypocrite, as his ex-wife Heidi Klum was also photographed with Weinstein, who was a producer for her popular design show Project Runway.

- @Seal You’re made of selective outrage & extreme hypocrisy. You called Oprah out for the crimes of a man she knew, but conveniently forgot to mention that your ex-wife and the mother of your children (Heidi Klum) was also a close friend of that same man. Did she “know,” too? pic.twitter.com/OYXRH4l62p

Well, friends, Seal has taken to social media yet again to express his thoughts. In a video posted to Facebook Thursday night, Seal apologized to Winfrey, saying he has a great deal of respect for all that she’s done. Seal claims he only used the meme for the message itself, and not to take shots at her. “What I re-posted was not an attack on Oprah at all,” Seal said. “She just happened to be the person photographed with the pig in the picture. What I re-posted was commentary on the hypocritical and double-standard nature and behavior of Hollywood.”

When addressing critics who called him an Uncle Tom for going at Oprah, Seal had an incredible response, which you can peep below at 2:00: “Let me make something abundantly clear to you. I am English born, but don’t get that ‘Baaaabaayyy,’ ‘Kiss From a Rose’ stuff twisted. See these scars on my face? My parents are from Africa and I am about as black as you will ever get.”

Last but not least, Seal took the time to hit Stacey Dash with a 1-2 combo, as the “actress” and Fox News commentator tweeted an article about Seal’s post: “Stacey Dash, keep my name out of your mouth,” Seal said. “Do not retweet, re-quote anything I said in order to reinforce your self-hating agenda. You live in the Sunken Place.”

Is it just me or is it getting spicy outchea?
