Rich the Kid Says He's Doing a Collab Album With Chris Brown

After rejoining Chris Brown as an opener on his Heartbreak on a Full Moon Tour, Rich the Kid has promised the pair have a new collaborative album on the way.

Rich the Kid recently rejoined Chris Brown on his Heartbreak on a Full Moon tour following injuries sustained during an alleged home invasion robbery, which took place at Tori Brixx's Los Angeles house. While attempting to fight the two masked intruders, three armed men entered the home and reportedly beat Rich. The incident left him hospitalized, but he's since recovered, and now he says he's working on his next project.

Touring with Chris Brown, the two apparently got along well enough to start working on a collaborative album. On his Instagram, Rich teased that he and Brown are "finishing up" their joint record. So not only do they have an album on the way which we never knew about, but it'll also be here relatively soon.

No word on when they're expected to release the album, but it's not the only collaborative project on the horizon for Brown. Earlier this year, he announced that he had started working on a record with Joyner Lucas titled Angels & Demons, and he's since shared two singles from it.

Neither the Rich the Kid's nor Joyner Lucas' albums have a tentative release date, although they're both expected to drop before the end of the year.
