Three days after the death of XXXTentacion, Trippie Redd has dropped a track titled “Ghost Busters” featuring the late rapper, Ski Mask the Slump God, and Quavo.
This is the first posthumous release of music by X, who died on Monday in a shooting that police believe was a random robbery. One suspect linked to the rapper’s death has already been arrested and charged, with two other arrest warrants out for additional suspects.
In addition to releasing this new track from his forthcoming album, out in July, Redd paid tribute to his late friend online, revealing on Instagram that X was murdered on Redd's birthday.
Ski also shared several posts mourning the loss of his collaborator and friend.
