Watts rapper 03 Greedo has made a lot of noise lately for polarizing comments about rappers like 2Pac and J. Cole, but today he reminds us why we're paying attention in the first place. The guy can rap his ass off.

As he gears up to release his next project, God Level, Greedo delivers his new song called "Fortnite." Over fellow Alamo signee Taz Taylor's production, Greedo raps about media attention, street life, and playing Fortnite with his daughter. It has the same kind of bouncy West Coast feel that made his The Wolf of Grape Street project so strong—giving Greedo an opportunity to flex his range and mix bars with melody.

"Fortnite" comes two weeks after Greedo previewed the song on Instagram in early April.

Less than two months removed from the release of The Wolf of Grape Street, Greedo has no intentions of slowing down his frequent string of releases. In March, he told Complex he's recorded 16 songs in a night before and explained, "When I got signed I had six projects ready. This is the first project that they'll drop. A thousand songs sounds too scary to some people, so I'll say I probably have 10 projects, as far as titles. We got so much music. I love that shit though, it put a smile on my manager’s face, like, 'Yeah, this what my boy do.'"

"I really have a life story," he added. "You feel me? And it's fucking extensive. So If I sit there and talk to people, it's gonna be hella boring. But if I tell it on a fucking beat—my whole thing is to be like Nas and Pac without being preachy. No diss."

The video for "Fortnite" is also available; you can watch that below.
