The most interesting stories are usually about the humble beginnings of some of music's biggest icons, but we aren't always lucky enough to see it all captured on camera.Fader reports Ted Owen & Co, a London-based auction house, is selling a collection of video tapes with over two hours of professionally-shot footage from the earliest stages in superstar Beyoncé' Knowles' career. A total of 19 tapes are part of the collection, containing clips from performances, rehearsals, and early videos from 1992, when the singer would have been 10 years old and the leader of the group Girl's Tyme.

Previously shared footage from the collection can be seen up top, while more recent footage is available below.

The footage has been in storage for over 20 years and you can even catch glimpses of now-former Destiny's Child member LaTavia Roberson in the mix. Beyoncé previously used a short clip from her Girl's Tyme days in the video for "***Flawless," which opened with their live television performance and eventual loss on the 1990s talent competition, Star Search. The unreleased footage will contain plenty of live Girl's Tyme performances and even footage from the singer's first two music videos. Even then, her immense talent and future success was obvious.

Girl's Tyme would eventually morph into Destiny's Child, with members Roberson as well as Kelly Rowland and LeToya Luckett making the move from the original group to the quartet along with Bey. It seems surprising that this footage isn't already apart of Bey's massive personal archive, which she revealed in 2013 contains photos, videos, interviews, and even diary entries.

The bidding on this piece of music history has been open since 2016 and is expected to sell for millions.

The entire collection will be auctioned off on March 13, 2018 at 7 p.m. GMT.
