Sean Kingston has been ordered to pay six figures to NYC jeweler Aqua Master.

According to TMZ, a judge has required the 28-year-old singer to hand over $301,500 to the company after he allegedly failed to pay for nine pieces of jewelry in 2016. Kingston reportedly took watches, necklaces, chains, and rings from Aqua Master after he put down a $1,000 deposit. The jeweler claims Kingston had promised that his business manager would wire the rest of the money at a later time; however, Aqua Master said the balance was never paid.

Court documents state the company did receive two checks from Kingston’s company Time is Money in 2016, but they were unable to cash the checks due to “insufficient funds.” Aqua Master claimed Kingston did not appear to make legitimate effort to pay them back, so they pursued legal action.

Unfortunately for Kingston, this isn’t the only time he’s been accused of skipping out on jewelry bills.

The “Beautiful Girls” singer was previously sued by a Florida company that claimed he had not paid for $48,000 worth of goods. In 2015, he was ordered to give New York-based Avi Da Jeweler $356,000 after he failed to pay for high-end watches. The latter dispute allegedly resulted in Kingston's brief kidnapping

Let’s hope Kingston has finally learned his lesson.
