This week, "Complex Live" catches up with Rapsody, whose recently released album, Laila's Wisdom, is nominated for Best Rap Album at the upcoming Grammys; the song "Sassy," off of that project, is up for Best Rap Song. Rap tells us about the how she grew with this album, what the nominations mean to her, and her relationships with Kendrick Lamar and Jay Z

Then we sit down with Ice-T to reflect on the 25th anniversary of his track "Cop Killer" and the self-titled debut album from his band Body Count. The outspoken rapper and actor breaks down the importance of that track when it first came out, and why it's still relevant in 2017 and for this generation.

We also spend some time with boxer Deontay Wilder, who explains why fans should be excited about the heavyweight division. Wilder takes us inside his approach to stepping in the ring with an opponent, and exudes the kind of confidence that you'd expect a fighter with a 39-0 record to have.
