Beach House 3 is a great couch album, so it's only right that Ty Dolla Sign utilized one for his recent Late Late Show performance of "Dawsin's Breek."

The profoundly laid-back rendition of the hook master's Beach House 3 highlight (the album version of which features Jeremih) follows last month's Jimmy Kimmel Live performance of "Ex" with YG. No couches were involved with that one.

Ty has earned largely positive reviews for his latest Beach House entry. Speaking with iHeartRadio on release day, Ty broke down his dedication to versatility during the recording sessions. "I'm most excited for them to hear the project in its entirety from the first song to the last song because we spent so much time making the whole body of work, and making it make sense, and making it one thing in cohesive," he said. "Even though there's so many different styles... So, it's like the first song you get acoustic, then that [song] you can dance to, you could bounce to. There's something for everybody on there. So, I want them to hear it in its entirety."

Ty decided to pair the release of Beach House 3 with a short film to let fans get a more intimate look at him as both a person and an artist. "I want to let people more inside of my life," he said. "I've only put out music and I've never talked about me so much. When you heard about Free TC, it was more about my brother and what he was going through. But, never did I really let people know what was actually going on with me. So, Beach House 3 the film, that's what I hope it does with the fans."
