The promotional push for Ty Dolla Sign's Beach House 3 is well underway at this point, and who are we to complain? Dolla Sign has already dropped a few tracks off the project in advance of its release, and on Wednesday afternoon, he shared a couple more with his fans, and even shared a release date for the upcoming project.

Technically, Zane Lowe was the guy to drop the release date (Oct. 27) on the world—how are you going to scoop someone you brought onto your show?!—but all that matters is that we'll have a new project from the singer in about a month's time. He would go on to share the news himself on his Instagram page.

To help tease that project, Dolla Sign dropped off two new songs from the project, "Message in a Bottle" and "Dawsin's Breek," the latter featuring Jeremih and produced by Mike Will Made-It.

The songs are quite the contrast, with "Message in a Bottle" more of a slow, sensual song in comparison to the Mike Will assisted track, which as you might guess, features some booming bass in the background and moves at a bit of a quicker pace. From the sound of things, Dolla Sign's album will feature plenty of this duality, with features from the likes of Future, Jeremih, Swae Lee, Lil Wayne, The-Dream, YG, and a surprise guest who Dolla Sign wouldn't reveal during the interview with Lowe.

Dolla Sign says he's gotten some pushback from featuring so many artists on his projects instead of standing on his own, but the way he sees it, the more people he can work with, the better.

"I like collaboration. A lot of people be like, 'Why do you collab so much?' I just like making music period," he told Lowe. "It doesn’t matter if it’s solo or with people. When you think about it the best music is collabo. You need a keyboard player, a bass player, a guitar player, and drums... It's better when you get others."

More specifically, Dolla Sign dove into what it's like to collaborate with Future, whose work ethic and studio energy drew a legendary comparison from the singer.

"When I listen to his music, it’s super turned up energy, get everybody jumping and everybody going," said Dolla Sign. "But when I met him, he was super chill, laid back and mellow, and you wouldn’t know but when we got in the studio and that mic came on, then you saw the fire come out. And while the engineer is trying to mix the last record, he’s like, 'Nah put on the next one.' When I see interviews with Pac that’s how Pac used to talk, Future’s on the same thing."
